Combining Davis' legendary accuracy and rugged durability into a compact weather station the new Vantage Vue weather station from davis provides you with an array of precise, reliable weather information, you'll see at an instant current weather conditions, including indoor & outdoor temperature, indoor & outdoor humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed & direction, dew point and rain fall. The vantage vue also features its unique & innovative weather center funtion thats displays additional data on weather variables for today and over the past 25 days, such as daily highs & lows, temperature changes by the hour, barometric value changes and also astronomical information such as meteor showers.
 
Other features on this weather station include a change in weather since yesterday feature, a this time yesterday feature, weather forecast icons, moon phase, sunset/sunrise times, weather trend graphing, various weather alarms, time and date.
 
The Vantage Vue weather station includes a distinctive easy to read indoor LCD console and a fully integrated compact and corrosn proof outdoor sensor suite that includes the anemometer, rain collecter, temperature/humidity sensor, radition shield and solar panel. The LCD console is loaded with features,such as a backlit screen and glow-in-the-dark keypad that makes viewing weather data easy, day or night. While the small but tough sensor suite is built to take any weather your location can muster freezing winters, springtime thunderstorms blistering summer sun and brisk autumn winds this sensor suite will transmit weather data to your console. The sensor suite is easy to install and features a bubble level for more accurate installation and better weather data collection
 
The Davis Vantage Vue weather station transmits weather data wirelessly and has range of up to 1,000 feet (300m), with weather data packets being sent every 2.5 seconds from the sensor suite to the Vantage Vues console. In addition, Davis has made Vantage Vue weather station radio-compatible with our flagship Vantage Pro2 professional weather station so you can mix-and-match most components.
